030. Under the Rain

Here is theme number 30 of the 100 theme challenge: Under the Rain.

What started as a doodle end up like this, oh I had so much fun doing this, da wan XDDD
I wanted to draw the 'tiny legendaries' of every region together since a LOOOOONG time ago, and so I decided to try doing this, wan -w-

The rain was fun to draw, not all that happy with the BackGround but I really like how this looks, wan~ <3

Also, don't ask me why Victini/Bikutini is all happy under the rain even when it is a Psychic/Fire type, I dunno and I don't really care XD
